I called Claudio to recover my hard drive after an ice tea had spilled into my bag, and fried my computer. He came to my house and performed the work, and this is not my issue. My issue is this; and because of this I cannot recommend him or give him a better rating. While he was doing this work he removed my ram, and then subsequently took it with him. I finally got a hold of him and he said he would return it. I have the voicemail and texts to support this claim. He performed the work on September 28, today is October 22, no siqn of my ram. It has been frustrating, as I could use this ram to get another laptop up and running, until I make the decision as what my next laptop will be. I paid as soon as the work was performed, but am frustrated that he cannot return the ram as agreed upon.
