This is a great company.

We got quotes from two other companies; one which is a very big name that you would recognise. In addition to better pricing, Purisoft was the only company who seemed like they were actually trying to help us and not just sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need.

Mike was so friendly and helpful and the installation was done in no time.

We have needed a softener since we bought our house (3 years ago) and are thrilled with the results.

I chose Purisoft based on the reviews from the company and I wasn't wrong. Mike not only called me back quickly from my initial query but even turned up early for the installation. He completed the full install in the time quoted and then walked me through what he did. Excellent service and advice right from the start, would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I am not one to review, but felt inclined after my positive experience with Purisoft. Mike was extremely professional, knowledgeable & kind. He took the time to explain the world of water softeners to me which I greatly appreciated. I sent an email inquiring about their services on Saturday, he called me back Sunday and came to install on Tuesday afternoon. Exceptional service. I would recommend in a heart beat. Our water softener had broken down some time before, but not knowing anything about the product was hesitant buying a new one.
From the first phone call we were put at ease. They answered all our questions and made recommendations that would best fit our family. Service in the house was fantastic. Mike was considerate, prompt and quickly changed over our old one to a new one.
