We had a new water softener installed last week. The service was excellent and the product looks great. We appreciate the quick email response and the quick installation we received.

I highly recommend Purisoft. I did my research and decided on Purisoft because of their website pricing, Canadian equipment (Excalibur) and the warranty. All the info you need is right there on the website. I called and Lisa arranged for Mike to come out to test the hardness and iron content on my well. After speaking with Mike we came up with a plan of attack that would suit my needs and he had it all installed the next week. Mike was quick & efficient and I'm really happy with how neat everything looks now. More importantly, Lisa did a great job letting me know when Mike was coming both times so I knew when to expect him which is a nice touch because we all know how some contractors can leave you hanging. I am ecstatic! I never give 5 stars, but in this case, I must. From the moment I first spoke to Lisa I knew I made the right call. Mike showed up and talked to us about the hardness of our water, our existing water softener and educated us on how water softeners are made and what components impact quality.
Mike installed the unit and was done in less than 2 hours. Within hours I noticed a remarkable difference in our water. We now can drink tap water without the fumes of chlorine. The dishes come clean. Less soap, nice showers. Rough, dry, irritated hands are a thing of the past.

We purchased a new water softener from Purisoft and had them install it. The price was very good for what we needed and the service was outstanding. Lisa and Mike were both really nice and helpful and got the job done without any issue. Would definitely recommend Purisoft over renting or DIY.

We got water softener and revers osmosis system from Purisoft Water Solutions. Great price compared to many other local water softener provider. And the quality is great as well. Highly recommend!

20 year old water softener dies. I called around and by far Purisoft Water gave me the best quote for installation, free removal of old unit and a 20 year lifetime warranty. The new unit is tucked away nice and neat in a corner. I am definitely going to use them again for my new reverse osmosis unit.
