their quote was significantly hire than anyone else... in fact, they were the highest by about 20%.
Lawn service was average, nothing special for the price.

We are sorry that you feel this way and you have chosen to go this route. Our estimate for your back yard was provided two years ago and it was originally accepted by you and then rejected when you told us you had decided to hire a family friend to do the work since he got back into landscaping and he could get it done sooner. The work that was done by your friend was much less than the work we had estimated. In regards to our property maintenance service, you had renewed your contract with us for a second season and so I am not sure why you gave us a poor review.
