Matt and his team did an outstanding job in renovating my 3 bathrooms upstairs. I decided to hire Matt through friends based on his excellent reviews. He quickly answered and gave me an honest quote. His price were fair. It was easy to coordinate with our schedule. Him and his team were friendly, reliable and trustworthy. I got new tiles, bathtub, shower, countertops, vanity and toilet. New walls and ceiling were painted. His work was clean and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up their mess after their shift were completed. I will continue to use Matt for upcoming projects. Matt did an excellent job in repairing a Roman Tub Faucet. The parts were not easy to obtain but Matt was able to find them and did the work in a very professional manner.

I have had Matt's company do various renovation & repair projects of different sizes over many years. The work is always to a high quality standard. Matt is a masterful plumber but knows most trades and has done everything from bathroom reno projects, to waterproofing and rough plumbing, basement renovation and everything in between for me at various sites. Matthew and his crew did an excellent job remodelling 2 bathrooms. The main floor powder room and the upstairs bathroom. We kept the toilets. We got new tiles, drywall, insulation, vanities and shower. His price was fair and reasonable. The work was neat and clean. They were punctual. Either early or on time. Matt and his team did an outstanding job in remodeling my masters bathroom. We kept the old vanity and toilet plus shower doors and fittings. We changed new tiles and added a bathtub. Also walls were painted. The price was reasonable and the crew were punctual. Work was very neat and every end of the shift, they clean up. I will continue to rely on Matt to do more upcoming projects in the near future. I definitely recommend him

Toilet leaked and someone came out to take a look and said our porcelain was cracked. However we took a video of the back and noticed it wasn't the toilet but the pipe leading to the toilet that was leaking.

However the quote we received was to replace our toilet with a specialty toilet which would cost $385 and another $225 plus tax for installation for something that wasn't even broken. When I mentioned that it was the pipe that had leaked and not the toilet he said he could change the pipe for another $260 (which I'm pretty sure you could do yourself for under $30) and another $335 plus tax to rebuild the toilet tank if needed.

This was absolutely ridiculous that someone would charge so much for something that actually didn't need to be fixed when all that was needed was a pipe replacement that would have cost less than $30. It feels as though this company tries to charge for the most expensive thing even if that thing isn't broken.

I've decided to go with a different contractor now to redo our bathrooms instead as my faith in this company has completely gone out the window.

Update: After expressing how upset I was with the entire process Matt graciously refunded me the charge I paid for the visit. I am glad that he is at least honest about making an error in his recommendation and offered to refund the charge.
