Renovations By Matt Ltd.

After the recent deluge, we had some leaking in our upstairs bathroom wall near the ceiling. Although it appears we will need to have our roof done, one of the roofers suggested a temporary fix around the fan vent and a pipe connecting to the eavestrough. Matthew came the same day we called and he efficiently took care of caulking and siliconing these areas. He had some good ideas for further waterproofing. He and his assistant were prompt and courteous and cleaned up after the job. We will definitely call him again for other work.

Small job requirement- caulking showers, installing 2 chandeliers, fixiing cupboard handles, installing outdoor outlet, fixing stone patio steps and wall repair.
Matt handled all these jobs in a professional and skillful manner. He knows what he is doing and his workmanship is great. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would recommend him to others.

Matt is a great communicator, shows up when suppossed to, and called when even a bit late. He did GREAT work, and did it very quickly. I really appreciated that he didn't try to force inappropriate supplies to work - instead he went and obtained what was required. Matt is thourough and reliable - very tidy as well. Matt and his brother came in exactly on time , with a courtesy call to let us know they were on the way. He was maticulous, got the job done and didn't waste time. Very professional and would reccommend him to anyone. I will definately consider him for my next big reno.

I had previously painted some parts of my basement but did not no the colour of the paint in order to paint the rest..Not only did Matthew find out the exact colour of the paint, he also painted the rest of my basement walls,the floor boards, the ceiling and he covered any spots that I missed...he did this in a time efficient manner, was very professional and respectful of my space and privacy and he did not get any paint on the floor. He did a great job everything was perfect.

We had a very small project in our office. We had a large whiteboard that had been hung upside down and crooked. Despite the small project, Matthew was able to take care of it quickly and professionally at a reasonable cost. While the project was small, the irritation of looking at that upside board was large. Thanks to Matthew for resolving this for us.

Mattew knows his job. He has done an exeptional job. He renovated my bath in a way that I couldn't imagine it. He designed and used the best materials in the market for my bathroom. He considered my budget and created an unique space for me to enjoy. Thank You Mattew.

Mr. Campos showed up at the time promised on the same day to repair an outdoor faucet that was leaking. He removed it, picked up a replacement at the Home Depot and replaced it, all within forty-five minutes. He's coming back to install an indoor shutoff valve for the outdoor faucet (for some reason one was never installed by previous homeowner who installed tap). Mr. Campos was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient.

Matt is a great guy who gets the job done right. He has our vote of confidence and we intend to use his services again. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend A-Zors Repairs and Reno's to anyone.
