Renovations By Matt Ltd.

This was our second time using M.D.E. Con Reno and we are very happy with the work that was done.

Over the summer, I had removed some drywall from a second story addition to our house with the intention of insulating the room. Once the room was bare, we realized that we had structural issues as there was rot due to years of water damage. Matt and his team came in and reframed parts of the room and provided support to ceiling and floor joists where needed. They also insulated, drywalled and finished the room for us, in addition to installing a new subfloor.

Matt was always punctual, cordial, and willing to work with my family's needs. Whether responding to texts in a timely manner, or being conscientious of noise due to a sleeping baby in a nearby room, Matt was always professional. This goes for his team as well, who twice worked all evening (5-6 hours) on sanding down the room and only took breaks long enough to quickly refuel with coffee before returning to work.

Thank you again for making that room safe enough for our son to use as a playroom.

Matt responded very quickly and professionally. I needed help installing a key pad lock and range hood over the oven. His service was excellent. The job was completed at a very high standard, and Matt's rates were very resonable. I thoroughly recommend him.

Matt is very prompt at getting back to his clients. In my older home, he accessed the situation, looked for options beyond the usual 'you have to replace the whole thing' to deliver some reasonable options for me.
Matt is also very trustworthy and I was comfortable leaving him in my home while I was at work.

From the get go, Matt was prompt with his quote and clear about the work that was to be done and the cost involved. He also managed to answer all of my follow up questions in a timely manner.

We have hired Matt and his crew for several jobs over the summer. You can't go wrong with this company. Matt is prompt, reliable, always equipped with good suggestion for the jobs. The work varied from painting some difficult areas to reinforcing mortar around the front porch to fitting and hanging new doors on an old house where nothing ever fits properly anymore. Matt and his crew made sure the jobs were completed and that we were happy with the work. Highly recommended.

Told Matt I needed to install a white picket fence for at my new property and he offered to build it for me. My house is a heritage home, so fences need to have a specific look, which Matt was happy to provide.

Great job, work was done properly, no corners cut. Price was reasonable considering the hours involved and there was no extra charge despite the fact 2 of the days got rained out early after Matt and his team had already arrived on site.

This is the second project Matt has helped me with, will definitely use him again.
