One morning my son noticed his milk was "warm"; I checked the fridge and sure enough it wasn't working. Glen was able to come by within a few hours of my call, to diagnose the problem. He found the part that needed replacing, and got it to me the same day. I found Glen and his team very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. It was great to have the fridge up and running again so quickly. I highly recommend his company.

I was looking to get my dishwasher repaired the same day as I had the time to be at home. After calling a number of places, all of whom could not come same day, I called Glen and he was able to accommodate. Our dryer stopped producing heat and we called Glen to assess the situation. He came within an hour(on a Saturday) and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to find the part (heating coil) from an outside source and told us he would have an estimate for labour and parts by Monday morning. It came under his original quote and he was able to come back and fix it right away. We were very happy with his professionalism and speed. We will use him again in the future.

Our clothes dryer suddenly stopped producing heat. Thought it was a clogged vent so I disassembled the dryer to check and couldn't find the problem myself. Called Glen, he came the next day and kindly agreed to repair the dryer despite the complications created by taking it apart on my own. Came bak next day with the necessary parts and fixed our dryer.
