They are honest, trustworthy, reliable, professional, upfront, reasonable, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful.  They also have an excellent team on the ground like Kino, Livingston, Eddie, Josh, Oliver, and others. It was very pleasant to observe that they treat their employees the same way they treat their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Saw a drip, drip from kitchen ceiling. Really worried about damage to roof. Called friend who recommended West Coast. Talked to Francois who understood my panic. He came by the same afternoon and said it was a kitchen vent. Repaired the vent in a very efficient manner. Highly recommend him for fast and friendly service and great work.

Francois managed my complete exterior renovation project. This project was to remove old siding, rebuild and re-frame major portions of roof, add exterior rigid insulation, install new James Hardie siding, and install Sagiper soffits. The crew of Alex and Jan did a fantastic job and took great attention to detail.
I was extremely happy with Francois' approach to manage the process, and impressed with his patience to help make the many decisions in a major renovation project. He organized other trades work as well, including plumbing and stone work.
I'm very happy to recommend West qualify Roofing and Exteriors to anyone looking for quality work and great customer relations.

My roof was leaking from a heavy wind and rain, called insurance and they sent a company to check. Got no response as to what to do.A week later another storm and more leaking. called insur again and they said didnt comp get back to you? No. So I called another company - couldn’t come. Then called West Quality. They dropped everything and cane and did an immediate repair. so later in the summer when I decided to replace shingles, I chose West Quality - they were expedient, affordable, reliable and did a very wonderful job and in one day. They were courteous and friendly and also did follow up on us. Love this company. My neighbor also got his done and loves the company.

Had the shingles replaced and some structural work completed. the work was completed on time and per the quoted price. I was very happy with the crew as they ensured everything was cleaned up after each day. would recommend West Quality to friends and family. Staff and Management were very helpful and friendly.

We had our home resided in Hardie siding. We also had a deck resurfaced and new glass panels and railings installed. Additional work was cladding, new eaves and downspouts and any needed painting of windows and doors. WQC provided/recommended the required trades.
The work and results are good. We would have given a 5 star rating if we hadn't needed to follow up with the company so often on time lines and final touches.
Overall, we are happy with the results.

During a bad storm we had what we thought was a leak in the roof and called West Quality since they had previously been out for some repairs. It turned out to be a window seal which they came and repaired quickly. They also provided various costs based on the budget to find the right solution. Would recommend.
