Toilet Leaking

Plumbing review in NORTH YORK

Toilet in our powder room is leaking. Plumber came and said the toilet seat is tilted and just tuck a piece of cardboard in. Then left asking us to pay $200. But that's the the problem, the toilet keeps leaking afterwards until we replace it and re-do the floor of the powder room.
