Please note that Kaiser Caulking is not a member of the BBB of Ottawa. When providing quote, I was told that all four sides of the windows and doors will be caulked and the work will start at 8:00 AM. I was given several excuses for showing up late at 10:30. The person doing the work told me that only three sides of the window/door will be caulked as there is a flashing at the top. He was polite but I had to point out the vents and pipes that he had missed. Also, their colour matching is if it is not white or black, use grey. It took one person 5 hours do the work. So negotiate your price accordingly.

We understand that punctuality is a major factor providing the best service but unfortunately sometimes we can not control material delivery times from logistics as explained to you over the phone.
On our quote we try to be as clear and understandable for home owners as possible and we do not specified in any case that all 4 sides of the windows were going to be done as in your case your casing had a flashing on top and that is the reason our crew explained to you onsite once arrived.
Our vehicles also carry a full variety of colours of silicones available in the market to best color match in any situation and I apologize if you were not completely satisfied when our crew caulked one of your faded vents with gray as it was the closest color to match due to fading of your vent material. Let me know if you would like us to send back the crew to address this.
Timing depends on house size, number of windows and doors etc.. and the final quality product is what we really want to count for your satisfaction as well as we always try our best to provide best pricing over our competitors as you might know already and we thank you for choosing us.
