I have such a great experience and piece of mind today when Troy, Air One technician came to check my leaking furnace. He answered all my questions and showed me what was happening with it in detail. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, with no doubt I will recommend him.

Both Carrier and Air One advertise available rebates that are almost impossible to qualify for. The process is ambiguous at best and far from being transparent. Although I am happy with the product and installation I do not appreciate the misleading promotional advertisement.

I live in a townhouse condo which has the air compressor on the roof. Due to the age, it was time to have it replaced as well as the HVAC air handler within the house. Michael came over to give us the estimate. He was friendly and professional. We decided to shop around, just in case, after his visit. Well, shopping around was a complete waste of time! One company was more expensive by about at least 5K and another company backed out due to them not being equipped to replace a roof top air compressor - even though I told them about this over the phone. I then booked with Aire One. Friendly people, efficient, and they took on the job with no hesitation. I’m extremely pleased with results and highly recommend this company.

Big mistake. Wrong parts sent for furnace installation, air conditioner quit hottest day of the year, three days get it fixed. Hot water tank installation no one showed for installation date waited home 7 hours to be notified that the would not be there..made another appointment for three days later. Hot water tank was installed by service technicians not plumbers. Within hours the plumbing leaked after supposedly fixed leaked again..this time they sent a professional great job. All paperwork was hand written and mostly ineligible..Never again..

AJ and Laron were professional and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was clean and properly working before they left. I applied for a maintenance program with Aire 1, based on the quality of work AJ and Laron performed in my home. They were polite and have amazing customer service. I will definitely recommend Aire 1 because of the wonderful experience I had with them.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a heating and cooling company. The level of customer service by the companies office representatives is atrocious. They make you feel like an inconvenience. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Yan from Aire One always helped us with our heating problems. Our furnace broke down in 2018 and he came on the same night at 10:30 PM to check out the problem. This time there was smell of gas in our house and again he came on the same day to check it out. In the end we needed to replace a part in the furnace, but we are very happy with Yan's work and the final result.
We highly recommend Yan and Aire One for furnace issues and heating/cooling in general.

I purchased my furnace from Air One Heating and Cooling 5 years ago. At the same time, I purchased their monthly maintenance plan. This includes an annual inspection and a furnace filter (currently at approx. 14/monthly). I have been extremely happy with their service. This year my technician was Kevin F, he was very knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend Air One to friends and family.

Cyrus diagnosed the bearing in the motor was worn out. I kicked him out I'm in Wawa on the phone with this clown. He's at my kitchener house with my daughter. I got the part repaired it myself. Turns out the motor is fine. The fan needed to be adjusted on the motor shaft. Theives! Now I have two motors. $480.00 for the part.
