The issue did arise again but not the fault of the initial problem.

On a Saturday morning Fast-O-Kill called me back within the hour, and had someone at my door within another hour. The problem? A yellow jacket nest in my brick wall suddenly opened up into my basement laundry room, and they were buzzing about my head while I was having breakfast! There was no way this could have waited until Monday! It's dinner time and I'm still waiting for calls back from the other 5 companies I called! Thanks so much for your prompt service! It's peaceful here now! =)

these two people are VERY rude and unprofessional. after the first treatment I paid $220 didn't work and we still had an issue I was told they would come back in 2 weeks. After constantly saying they were coming and NEVER showing up with a million excuses finally 3 1/2 weeks later they show up after having to bother them to come. When there , they were unsure as to the issue then asked why i was frustrated. Upon my explanation if them keeping me (and my tenant ) waiting for them and not showing up several times I was told " that was the past we are here now!" I was shocked they just brushed it under the rug like . I was then told by BOTH not to get frustrated and they are there now and to relax. I had enough and demanded they leave my house before something happened, had to threaten to physically throw then out before they left. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I ended up having to call another company after having wasted time and $220 on this company.

Good work. Keep their promise. If you are not satisfied with their work they come again

My family and I were having trouble sleeping at night because bed bugs were crawling all over the place, yet we could not see where they were coming from. We called Fast o Kill and they took care of the problem. Highly recommend their service.

Ricky came and sprayed my kitchen for cockroaches and I haven't seen any since then appear. Then they moved to the living room and he came and put down the gel for me to get rid of them. Having cockroaches in the house with little kids can be very stressful, Ricky made the process of getting rid of the cockroaches easy and on top of that the treatment was very effective as they've not come back. When I bought my home I called fast-o-kill to do pest control, mouse treatment and general treatment for whole house including outside perimeter. They did job really well, very professionally job done. Even if called them again within 6 months for the small issue we were seeing in our kitchen area and they did it again with no charge at all.
