We came to Williams and his team with a concept and design in mind. From our vision, they were able to recreate exactly what we were looking for.
Very few companies were willing to reface our kitchen, but Williams made it so easy. He also did a island, pantry, dining bench and media wall.
Williams is very accommodating and willing to try new designs which we appreciated. I decided last minute to do a panel wall and they executed it so well. Williams was very knowledgeable and was great at recommending what would/wouldn’t work.

The work itself was done quickly, and all of the other suppliers that came through our space were professional and courteous.

Premiere was referred to us by our General Contractor to build our kitchen as part of our major home renovation. Williams met with us and was patient with us as we discussed our project, requirements, and idea. We had some issues during installation but Premiere was able to come up with a solution. Good material quality, as discussed and agreed. The reason for a not perfect score is due to a couple of things. One is correspondence or communication as we feel that few of our email was not responded or attended to with diligence. Second reason is one of the installers didn't seem to have a customer first attitude during installation. Hope this come across as a constructive review and gives the company an opportunity for better service to future clients. Thank you for our beautiful kitchen!

I had a gas fireplace installed by Rocco at Premiere 2 yrs ago. Only now that I’ve recently experienced a terrible Contractor do I realize how wonderful Premiere was. I had bought a rustic but beautifully carved antique mirror frame and asked if they could incorporate it into the front of the mantel box to frame the fireplace. Not only did they accept this challenge, they did an amazing job, refinishing the wood so all the details were highlighted and matching the frame up with the box so it became one
piece. When I was anxious, Rocco invited me to the showroom where I could see his crew at work. He personally delivered the fireplace himself and supervised the fireplace installation. All work was done on time, as promised. I love my fireplace .... it’s a one of a kind and the focal point of my small living room.

We contacted Premiere Customs to renovate our family room wall unit and bar-nook based on the draft concept we've designed from our interior designer.

From the day we contacted Williams (owner), he has been great with consulting, and answering all our questions. We've never observed such attention and interest from a contractor before. Willams and my family have exchanged countless text messages and emails to ensure that all of our concerns were addressed -- and never with a hint of hesitation. He has spent upwards of 3 hours one-on-one with us finalizing the designs, materials and help us cut the cost down to maintain our budget.

Williams' employees are on-par with their service. Clean, fast, professional and ready to listen and work around minor changes as they come.

At the end, the result was amazing. We've completely transformed our living room from 90s layout to what you see in the attached pictures.

We gutted our original 1950's kitchen, Premiere was recommend by Natanael of P & P General Contractors.
Williams listened to our ideas and designed a great kitchen.
He came in on time and on budget.
What really makes Premiere great is that we had a few issues with installation. Never once did Williams give us a hard time. All issues were handled 100%.
So, I'll say it again if you need a great kitchen call Premier.

Great service and craftsmanship for this mantel. Initial consultation discussed all the options as well as made recommendations based on plenty of experience. Build quality was excellent (and well ahead of schedule), and they communicated well. Even went so far as to let me know that they were not pleased with part of the mantel and would redo it before sending it over for installation.
Installation process was also very professional and clean. I would highly recommend them for a professional fireplace mantel. All things considered well worth the reasonable price to get a quality hardwood mantel vs the generic MDF stuff you get elsewhere.

We hired Premiere to build custom built-in storage in our bathroom. The company was wonderful from start to finish. Williams came to our house and provided a quote, not just over the phone like many other companies. The price was competitive and his knowledge was evident. He advised us on the best style to fit the space and maximize storage. The unit was built and installed within a week, exactly to our specifications. The crew was friendly and efficient. We are so happy with our new cabinets and would highly recommend Premiere!

The feeling I get when I walk into my home and see how incredible the kitchen cabinets turned out, leaves me floating in the air as if cupid had struck me with his arrow.
Williams and his professional team at Premier Custom Millwork & Fireplaces took the time to visit, survey, take measurements, and photos of our kitchen space.
Our second meeting was scheduled at the offices of Premier Customs to learn more about the design, what would work, and what would be a challenge. We also had the opportunity to choose the color and finish of the cabinets and handles. Another joy to add is that Williams took us on a tour of the workshop and introduced us to the highly skilled carpenters and designers. It's a really confident feeling when you get to meet the dedicated people who will make your visions come to fruition.
Within about 2 weeks' time, the cabinets were delivered and installed the very next day. We initially had planned for a 3-4 day installation but the team had finished the masterpiece in 2 days!
During the installation days, Williams made a surprise visit to check up on the team and to speak with us inquiring about any concerns we had.
The team worked efficiently and did not create any burden on us.
