When serious problems arose after first few years with the original heating installation he walked away and wiped his hands clean of me.
I spent another 12K to have entire heating system repaired and upgraded by Belyea Brothers.
I still love my house, but the few problems that a rose were serious and due to original construction- after first few years Rocco just walked away.
Im now dealing with a custom made wrought iron or steel bannister and stair case railing that inexplicably just popped off from normal use after 11 years of one middle aged couple - no rough housing- and Im at a loss of where to turn for help. See pic- welded staircases should last a lifetime- not be glued
I dont expect my original contractor to be. At my beck and call forever nor for free but supportive advice and help and a long-standing relationship was expected. Im very disappointed.
