Facsia, Soffit, Gutter, Downspout replacement

I’m sorry that you had a frustrating experience. We are a family company and aim to support our customers through the entire process.
I understand that it's been several years since we’ve completed this installation for you and we would like to try to help you resolve the situation. We’ve searched for Gary’s in Midland and are unable to find any record of a repair or installation under that name in our files. We keep repair efforts documented as we strive to support our customers.
That being said, your challenges with the quality of the material seem misdirected. We utilize a Canadian national leading manufacturer which is industry and building code-approved. This same material is sold at the big box stores. We have installed this product on thousands of our customer’s homes over the past 12 years and have never received any criticism regarding the material we install.
Although it may be past the workmanship warranty, please call me personally at 705-896-7859 and I will do my best to assist you.

Eaves trough replacement - relocate some downspouts

Despite the fact that all of our installers work outdoors, we have a specific Covid policy in place that requires them to wear a mask for your safety as well as theirs.
