Al and his team were very knowledgeable and service was excellent! My chimney was tricky to work with but they were able to put in the liner and install the insert. Installation team was super nice and they cleaned up after themselves too. We love our new fireplace!

We have a wood burning fireplace which we have used happily for years but decided that we would prefer the convenience of a gas unit. I spoke to Lee-Anne at the Fireplace Club and with her help decided on a unit which would suit our needs. She placed the order and within a week the unit was installed. The installers were professional, courteous and efficient. A small issue developed which required a return visit and the matter was rectified within 24 hours. We are completely happy with the outcome and would not hesitate recommending their services.

Great looking log set. Al at the store was very helpful. After the purchase, he followed up quickly with date and time of installation. The two installation techs were on time, very organized and the installation was completed in an hour. I'm a very happy in-front-of-the-fireplace sitter.

Wonderful company to deal with. Very straight forward. We had a stubborn chimney that most other companies could not do anything about. The important thing about AM is that they have a back office. This makes a huge difference when you need to make changes to scheduling and servicing.

Shawn knew exactly the requirements for my older home with original equipment. His understanding and insight, of course, was paramount, but his friendly, professional manner gave me no hesitation in dealing with AM Group.
The system was installed by Kam and his assistant who were also very professional and tireless in their work. Kam had to work around existing structures to install the new product; figured out, with what struck me as amazing precision, the requirements; and, with a work ethic that I have seldom seen put it all in a day's work. I've used AMP Group for 2+ years now ... they are honest, polite and prompt. When our 14-year-old AC needed to be replaced (it sounded like the muffler had dropped from a car and you could hear the ticking across the street), they came out to take a look, gave me the pros/cons of fixing in comparison with a new unit, along with the cost of both options. We decided to purchase a new one and AM Group was able to install another AC THE VERY NEXT DAY! So grateful.
