Can you kindly send us an email with your file/invoice number so we can review your claim?
We don't have any correspondence in our mailbox from any customer that needed to file a claim regarding damages.
In the rare event that minor damages do occur, we are just one phone call/email away from resolving the issue. Our reputation can confirm it.
Blankets, floor runners, and wardrobe boxes are reused and are included in your hourly rate.
Mattress bags are never re-used. It is unsanitary to re-use mattress bags.
On the same note, all furniture pieces are protected with thick furniture blankets to prevent any scratches or damages to walls and furniture itself.
