These people have shut down their "Showroom" and left no forwarding address. Consumer Protection BC have so far found them in contravention of two separate cases of the consumer protection act, and there are more complaints being filed against them. They pick up targets at home shows, then get your credit card info when they do a quote. Then they apply charges to your account then disappear. Check out BBB for more on this company.
