Amazing owner, Amazing installer, Amazing work !!! Our staircase that was carpeted was redone in hardwood with new pickets, etc. Stan, the owner was very kind and patient which was very helpful to us whilst making our choices. Due to unavoidable circumstances, it took some time from initial contact to start of work, but it was absolutely well worth the wait.
We cannot say enough good things about Thomas, the installer. He was just incredible and worked single-handedly on the entire renovation. Very cheerful, patient, arriving on time and a great eye for detail with impeccable work. At the end of each day, all work tools were neatly put away and the entire area cleaned up by him. In short, he worked on our staircase with as much care as if it was his own!
