Amazing owner, Amazing installer, Amazing work !!! Our staircase that was carpeted was redone in hardwood with new pickets, etc. Stan, the owner was very kind and patient which was very helpful to us whilst making our choices. Due to unavoidable circumstances, it took some time from initial contact to start of work, but it was absolutely well worth the wait.

We cannot say enough good things about Thomas, the installer. He was just incredible and worked single-handedly on the entire renovation. Very cheerful, patient, arriving on time and a great eye for detail with impeccable work. At the end of each day, all work tools were neatly put away and the entire area cleaned up by him. In short, he worked on our staircase with as much care as if it was his own!

Called Stan at Q flooring, and he suggested that we visit his shop on Cawthra Rd to pick out flooring and get a quote. I drew out all the spaces that we wanted done with dimensions and went to the shop on a Monday to pick out flooring and put down a deposit. He arranged to have the floors installed on Wednesday and Thursday of the same week. The workmanship was fantastic and the installed flooring looks great! Price wise, you can't get a better deal anywhere. We're super pleased.

We are so happy with our new floors. Q-Flooring did our entire condo. (1300 Square feet) The workmanship is outstanding. We couldn't be happier. Stan wasn't always the best communicator, but he came through on everything he said he would. The price was more than reasonable. We have received so many compliments on the floors. I would highly recommend Q-Flooring. They are honest, work old-school, take great pride in their work and complete the job on time as promised. Stan says if there are any issues to let him know and, although there are no issues, I believe 100% that he would make sure his customers are happy. We are thrilled with our floors and so happy we went with Q-Flooring.
