do shoddy work and use inferior material，Chaotic，Poor quality of personnel. offer us bad quality material , promist every thing is good quality, but finally we foud that the material is different from the contract. terrible business!

Using Hoestars as the referral I called and arranged the job by phone. Price was competitive, they turned up on time and did everything as promissed. Also they did a good job cleaing up. Michael was a pleasure to deal. Highly recommed.

I found pure insulation on homestars and decided to call them. Spoke with Mike and he was able to book me in for an appointment on Sunday afternoon. He explained to me the cost and exactly what they will do. I just completed an energy audit and wanted to upgrade my attic insulation. Besides the upper bedroom in my house was a bit cold. Mike is very knowledgeable and very reassuring which made me book the appointment on the spot.

Mike and his Partner Ben arrived on time. After measuring my attic they gave me a final price which was very fair. They did exactly what they promised and cleaned up after they were done. No signs they were in the house except my upper bedroom is now a lot warmer.

Our home was built in 1959. Before we had our insulation installed in the attic we were getting mold and mildew in the ceiling corners of our living room and dining room. It looked terrible. We tried painting it with special mold preventative paint, bleach, etc. but nothing was working and the mold was getting worse. Since we had our attic insulated by Pure Insulation last September the mold and mildew has totally disappeared. There is no more condensation on our windows. Our heating bill has decreased and our furnace and central air conditioner do not need to run as often. Just by having the attic insulated, our entire house has improved both efficiently and financially. Thank you Pure Insulation. I wish we had used your services years ago.
