Had a new shower valve handle, spout, shower arm flange, cartridge and shower arm installed (not sure of the part names) - he supplied all the parts and installed them, and it looks shiny and new, works great. I had a slight leak before, there was hard water stains and it was hard to turn the shower on, but now all is good. Arrived on time, did the work quickly, gave some advice on regular plumbing maintenance, very pleasant all around. Would definitely recommend or hire again.

Woke up to a dripping ceiling one morning and didn't know who to call. A friend recommended Pat so we gave him a call. He was here within the hour and found the source of the leak shortly after.
