We were very satisfied with the service provided on our washing machine repair. He actually saved us money on this trip. I know other repair servcie that would take the "Easy Route" to simply replace the part even if it is not needed. In this case he not only cleaned the pump for a low price, but also gave a 6 month warranty on the pump!!

The mechanic was knowledgeable and professional. Once he determined the problem with my washer machine (did not have spin cycle) he did not push me for the repair but explained what needed to be done and the final cost. Upon my approval he had the washer machine fixed within an hour. I would definitely use aaa Washer Wizard again.
