Additional hole needed for soap dispenser

We had marble countertop and needed additional hole for soap dispenser. We phoned to several businesses in and around GHA. Most had to leave a message but it's been 6 weeks and so far no one return our calls.
One day we ran into Ontario Stone, spoke with a gal and she said bring it in and will do it. Estimate given was around $20.00. It took them few weeks due to Christmas rush which is understandable. Today when we when to inquire about the counter? It was ready and no charge.
Service and her smile was priceless :)
