Working with Ontario Stone Design was a pleasure. Our granite counter tops are everything I wanted. Owner, Lela, and designer, Snez, made our purchase effortless. From ordering to having our finished countertop, service was quick and efficient. Would recommend to everyone.

DO NOT use this Company. I chose a beautiful granite for my L shaped kitchen. I knew there was going to be a seam but I never imagined that they would cut it in such a way as to look like two completely different materials. I have attached photos of what the seam looks like. I was not given the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to accept this horrible matching or to choose a different slab that would not have resulted in this issue. When you look at my countertop it is the first thing your eye goes to. This cost me $5,000 that was hard earned and saved over a long time. The only solution I was offered was to spend an additional $1,700 to cut into a second slab. If this is work they are proud of, stay away from them.

Lelah and her team (measure staff & installers) were a pleasure to work with. They were all so friendly. From the initial design discussion, to picking our slab, Lelah drew our design, so we could get the right direction of grain for our backsplash, and explained the entire process. They worked with us and even talked to our kitchen contractor to discuss island measurements, to make sure it would all work. Installers were friendly, professional, and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Ontario Stone. We had shopped around at places from Markham to Hamilton, and ultimately it was the level of service that made us choose Ontario Stone, and we are happy we did.
