He did a great job. Was quick, thorough. Wanted to make sure it was exactly right. Was honest. Noticed another problem and fixed it and didn't want to charge. Very reliable.

MAY 29 REVIEW: XPRESS LOCKSMITH IS TRUE TO ITS NAME. FROM THE INITIAL CONTACT TO COMPLETION OF WORK, WAS JUST SHY OF AN HOUR!!

LIRAN WAS THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WHO CAME TO MY HOME. HE MADE EXCELLENT RECOMMENDATIONS, SAVED ME TIME AND MONEY BY PROVIDING A REPLACEMENT ON SITE, AND WAS GENERALLY COURTEOUS, PROMPT AND THOROUGH.

UNFORTUNATELY, TODAY IS AUGUST 2, THIS IS MY SECOND, AMENDED REVIEW. MY FAMILY JUST GOT LOCKED OUT OF THE HOUSE BECAUSE OF THE FAULTY REPLACEMENT LOCK LIRAN PROVIDED. I WILL NOT BE CALLING XPRESS IN TO DO THIS NEXT PROJECT!! I RECOMMEND PROVIDING YOUR OWN REPLACEMENTS RATHER THAN RELYING ON THE ONES PROVIDED BY THIS COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
