I worked with other contractors before and like a lot of people they tend to let certain details slide either because it's small or an issue outside of their scope of work. With Anderson he pays attention to all details no matter how small. It wasn't his responsibility, but I was impressed that he spent extra hours leveling a structural pillar because it looked bad compared to the his cabinets and appliances he was installing. He went the extra mile in every room paying attention to every detail or calling back sub-contractor(s) to correct their product no matter how small the issue.
