Construction is a funny business. You meet all kinds of characters. When you're having work done in your home you really have to be conscious of the type of people you're letting into your house. From the moment I met Aaron of Zahlco Construction I felt comfortable with him. He was on time for starters, and he took the time to speak with me. What really impressed me was that he listened rather than try to tell me what I needed to get done in my place. He sent me a quote very quickly. His team was available to start work relatively soon after I agreed to the quote. Aaron was just as excited about seeing the finished product as I was and he or one of his associates were there with me every step of the way. I'm my experience a lot of contractors don't like doing smaller renovation jobs but Zahlco treated me like I was just as important as a larger project. His contractors were courteous and efficient and they tried to keep the workplace as clean as possible. I was very happy with the results and I will definitely be calling Zahlco back for any future renovations!

Aaron was a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail was impeccable, his prices were very fair, and his workers were always on time, working hard and producing unbelievable work. When Aaron told me the basement would take a month and a half, he made sure it was finished by 5 weeks. The thing I liked most about Zahlco was that they really are more then a contracting company, they helped me visualize my dream basement and Aaron really helped me create what I always wanted. We used Magical Restoration for two separate jobs. Both jobs were done quickly with excellent communication throughout.

On one job, where a leak was fixed and damage repaired, the contractor spend considerable time finding the leak and followed up a week after the repair to ensure all was okay.

Have a tenant in the townhouse that brought to our attention a mold issue in the bathroom in the basement. I called Magical Restoration and spoke to Eli. They were able to accommodate by immediate request. They checked it the same day we spoke on the phone. Gave me a quote and was able to do the work as soon as we got access from the tenant. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Would use them again!

I surprisingly had a very positive experience with Magical. I say surprisingly because I've heard terrible stories about unethical renovators. They did all my mold removal and renovations in a professional and most importantly in a timely fashion. They finished when they said they would, actually somewhat sooner and at a fair price. They were pleasant and didn't try to push more work than I actually wanted.

We suffered a very unfortunate backup of our sanitary sump pump, which caused flooding of sewage water in several areas of our public facility.
The Magical Restoration team responded very quickly. They efficiently removed all the contaminated flooring and other material, dried, disinfected, sanitized and left us with a CLEAN DRY floor. Angels at a time of need. Highly recommended.
