It was a pleasure working with Krys and his team. From the first contact I had with Krys, he made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to complete our renovation. All members of our renovation team were very talented, extremely hardworking, and personable to interact with. They did an excellent job making my hopes for our family room, main staircase, master ensuite, and flooring a reality. The new fireplace, wainscoting, and stairs are particularly beautiful and completely transformed our dated areas. Krys and Paulina were readily available to answer any questions as they arose. When I requested a few extra items be added to my project, they were seamlessly integrated without issue. At the beginning of the renovation, Paulina provided a calendar outlining what would unfold during the duration of the project, which was very helpful knowing what to expect on a daily basis. Krys regularly dropped in to check on the project's progression and answer any questions I had. My project was completed on schedule and on budget. I would highly recommend Krys Construction to anyone ready to renovate their home.

Im an engineer and fairly knowledgeable about basement construction and Krys did a great job. His positive attitude was a refreshing change from the first contractor we fired.
When I wanted to add or change something he made the changes with innovative ideas. We ended up expanding the job and adding renos in other rooms and he didnt take advantage and still gave us good prices on the extra work.
I wanted a building permit and inspections for peace of mind and Krys took care of the design and submittal.
I got several quotes and his price was very reasonable and unlike others, he included everything we wanted up front.
Im a bit particular about the way things are done and Im very happy with the finished job and the whole experience!

Krys, and his crew did a phenomenal job with our complete basement renovation. From planning, to scheduling, to the work itself the job was amazing. Krys was very supportive and always ready to answer any questions or solve any issues. Any problems that arose during the project were well communicated and swiftly dealt with. Krys and his team are unbelievable. They had a detailed schedule and completed everything on time. Every trade coming into our home were talented, kind, and professional. Honestly, I had no complaints about the work along the way. Everything was mint. They took the vision for the basement and executed it to perfection.

When we started to turn a renovation dream into a contractor search and plan, we got a little lost. We had a variable scope, budget, and timeframe. The only thing that grounded our concept was that we needed to find a contractor who could work with us - someone who would place equal effort on the management of us and the project itself.

As we met Krys and continued to chat over the course of nearly a year before the project began, he was consistently patient and dependable. Krys didnt pressure us for decisions, and he was entirely reasonable and fair in detailing how our scope change resulted in a quote change. He was very transparent, honest, and responsive. In short, even before the work began, he had demonstrated why we had heard such good things about him and why he was referred to us in such high regard.

Once we confirmed our project and kicked it off, the entire process ran like clockwork. We had a project plan that detailed who would be on site, doing what, and what decisions and orders were required by when to deliver that specific milestone. As we did our part, Krys and team absolutely did theirs! The project ran on time, and thats saying a lot for a 12 week project!

As for the team Krys brought to the project, they were absolute all-stars. Paulina kept us informed, on track, and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. She made time to connect with us whenever we needed, and she was a joy to simply talk to - even after our project questions were answered. As the work continued, we got to know other members of Krys close-knit team, from Wojtek (who did an incredible job on our stairs and floors), to Intong (who's expertise and passion showed in all his electrical work).

In all, should we ever have a home project to do, Krys will be the one were calling.

Krys and his crew were friendly and professional. At the beginning of the project the provided a schedule and stuck to it and finished the job on time. Every contractor that visited was easy to work with and respectful of my home and family. Every detail was accounted for and I was able to provide feedback and asked for my preferences along the way. Krys team was excellent, clean efficient and respectful of our home.
We did a complete basement renovation which included a 2pc. bathroom and Family Room. The project came in ahead of time and most importantly on budget. I would not hesitate to use them again on any new renovation project in the future. I highly recommend them. His team enjoys working for him and it shows in their attitude towards the work they do. Special mention to Paulina, she was very responsive and ensured the trades stayed on schedule

This is my second project experience with Krys and his team. They completely renovated my basement years ago and friends and family still rave about it. This time was my master bathroom renovation. Now completely opened up and bright versus closed in and dark and out of style. Image with closed shower and brown walls is before. White and black images are after. Krys and his team are excellent to deal with. Friendly, on time, and everything planned out by week for quick and well organized scheduling. Would certainly recommend Krys and his team for any project.

Everyone that came through the house was friendly, considerate and professional. The project was completed ahead of schedule and slightly under the original quote amount - wow!
