I cant speak highly enough of Marco and his crew. He had a quote to me with 24 hours of contacting him which including a satellite analysis of my roof and 3 different pricing levels depending on what I wanted done. Very responsive whenever I texted with questions, they had the roof installed and everything cleaned up in a matter of 6 hours. Would highly recommend Marco to anyone in the Niagara Region looking to get any work done in their roof.

Excellent customer service! Marco was very quick to respond to my needs of having my garage roof done that was in very bad shape. A lot of other roofing companies I reached out to didn’t bother to respond back or denied my business.

I got 3 quotes for my roof and Sheppard was almost $1000 less expensive for the same shingles and accessories. Marco was easy to communicate with and was very attentive when it came to my inquiries. He replaced a few sheets of plywood for me and put some caulking in my eavestrough joint that was leaking and the final price was actually a few dollars less than the estimate. When does that happen? They showed up on time both days and were done in a day and a half with a crew of 2. I would definitely recommend these guys.
