I was referred to Mike Li by my neighbor, who had done a fair of shopping around and was most impressed with Mike's price point and level of service for a furnace and hot water tank he bought from the Furnace Room. So I got Mike in for an estimate, he was very punctual, he illustrated well on paper the various options, rebates, etc. which impressed me. After Mike left, I still did my homework and got a few estimates but eventually decided to go with Mike for the following reasons: Professionalism, Punctuality, Good Advice, Good Product (Trane Furnace) recommendations, his efficient network of other trades people (energy auditor, duct cleaners, etc.) and good after sales service.
