Full fall cleanup, winterize, trim, prune, weed control, cut

I looked these guys up on here because I was curious to know if others had shared the same incredibly bad service as I have. After getting the run-around from Andrew in November, trying to book the fall cleanup package before the frost, I FINALLY managed to make an appointment. They did not show up. (I know, shocking, right? Because they have such a spotless reputation!) I called back, and once managed to fill a spot in Andrew's tiny voicemail box while his phone was actually on. Again this continued, and finally resulted in him offering a spring cleanup at no additional charge; a service that is ALLEGEDLY worth more money at regular price. He assured me that they would be calling me in March to book this.

Fast forward to March, and I've been trying to call for two weeks. Andrew's phone is always off, no matter what time I call. I was given an email address a few months ago to contact them at, and have not heard a reply that way either. My lawn and garden look like a total disgrace, and I'm guessing after reading the other reviews here that I should just ask for a refund and clean my yard myself, because I don't think it will ever get done.

Andrew, if you're reading this (I doubt it), consider the fact that you signed up for Dealfind and offered your services, the whole point of which is to gain repeat customers. I hope you have gone out of business, because you clearly shouldn't be doing this for a living.

Fall Cleanup

I booked this company through Dealfind..but as others have said,they never showed up in the faLL,,2011. They are very unreliable & although I did get a refund from Dealfind, I have a lawn full of debris since it was never cleaned properly in the fall.Even with a group coupon,they were unprofessional. I remembered the name"Andrew" & the company name.
So,my opinion is to not get involved with these guys.

Core Aeration

I ordered these guys for the first time and they were great. They came as scheduled, were very curtious and polite.

They use a big aerator to do Core Aeration and it works well.

I am happy with their service and will be signing up for a monthly maintenance contract.

Fall clean up

These guys scheduled my clean up, and never showed up. After repeated failed attempts to reach them, I finally spoke to Andrew. He claimed they failed to show up because " the truck broke down". We rescheduled, they didn't show, didn't call. This went on and on. They FINALLY showed up after several heated arguments with Andrew. What a joke! 2 guys showed up with rakes and a leaf blower. They blew the leaves out my back fence. Took smoke breaks out front, and claim they treated the lawn, although there was no evidence of any treatment. It honestly looked like nothing had been done. This was clearly a scam, and I hope they were found out and have been stopped.

Fall Cleaning - Raking, Fertilizing, Tree Trimming, Lawn Cutting

I purchased a Full Fall Cleanup Including: Raking and Removal of Leaves, Winter Fertilizing, Trim and Prune, Liquid Weed Control and Final Cut from Property Maintenance Pro via Dealfind ($59).

This job has yet to be completed, despite their rescheduling, now, FOUR times!

Never have I been treated with such disrespect. Never have I experienced such atrocious customer service. Never have I been so insulted by a company or individual.

Allow me to explain this beyond-frustrating experience.

I purchased this deal on November 4. I contacted the company on Monday, November 7th at 900am. An appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, November 8th, between 11 and 11:15.

No one showed up. No one called me to confirm or cancel the appointment.

Tired of waiting, I called their office (416) 627-4687. Upon contacting the company at 1:30, I was told they’d look into it and call me back.

They never called back.

I called again, at 2:30, only to be told that “their truck broke down” and “they wouldn’t be able to do our yard today”. I was told to reschedule on the first available date: Thursday, November 24 between 7 and 730am.

On Thursday, November 24, no one showed up again. Again, no one called to confirm or cancel the appointment. After ringing through to a full voicemail box and having to call back countless times, At 915am I finally spoke to someone in the company. I spoke directly with Andrew. He told me he would contact the crew in Scarborough to find out what’s going on, since I was scheduled for 730am. He told me he would call me back shortly.

He never called back.

At 1015, I called their office again. After apologizing for not calling back, Andrew informed me that “there was a backlog from when the truck broke down, so they’re doing those houses first”. He told me that I would need to reschedule again, as they would not make it to our house. At this point, my patience was worn thin. I informed him that at no point or at any time did anyone from his office contact me regarding the backlog. As this backlog was foreseeable, why was I not informed? If there was the slightest possibility of rescheduling for a second time, why was I not informed?

Andrew said, “I guarantee the job will be done on Sunday” (November 27, 2011).

Admittedly, I laughed, asking, “How can you guarantee it will be done? I was told it would be done (Thursday) – guaranteed”?

He said, “I will do it myself”. He said, “I will be at your house around 1230pm”.

It’s now Sunday at 630pm. No one showed up. No one called. No one contacted me. No one has left a message. No one emailed. No one has done the job. I have tried contacting the company. The phone line goes straight to voicemail…and the mailbox is full - IT ALWAYS IS! I cannot leave a message! I cannot contact anyone!

I am offended by the lack of respect for their customers. I am insulted by their complete lack of customer service.

Never have I been offered such disrespect. Never has such disservice been done to my family.
