Absolutely terrible work!!!!. Sandy is not a nice person. He will not come back and fix the problem he created on my roof/garage. It floods all the time. He doesnt return calls. He does not stand by his work..if you can call it work!!! So bad!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Call them for a leaky flat roof. Two months later it was leaking again called they came to take pictures and now they dont remember.

Alpha reshingled our roof near the end of October 2023. Approximately 4 weeks later the roof began leaking into the kitchen and after numerous phone calls and messages, we finally reached them. We asked when they could come to take a look. Its now December 30th and they still haven't come back, even though there is a 10 year warranty on the new roof. If appears the shingles were installed by racking instead of stacking. Terrible service!!

Alpha Roofing did a fabulous job on our roof. Jevy was such a pleasure to deal with. They were fast and efficient. They did a great job with cleanup as well. I actually think it is cleaner then before they came. Would highly recommend them! 100%

I installed a new roof with Alpha a few months ago, and to say im disappointed with the results would be an understatement. They didnt even include a water and ice shield which is standard for most new roofing installations. I paid $700 additional for a drip edge, only to find out they installed a rake edge instead. There was an issue with the valley I expressly told them to patch up, and instead of fixing the underlying problem (pictured) they just worked around it. they were more interested in finishing early and getting paid than doing a good job. If youre paying in excess of eight thousand dollars for a new roof, you deserve considerably better treatment than this.

Dont listen to the glowing reviews, they unfortunately rely on peoples ignorance on roofing, and roofing repair to garner good word of mouth (with a $50 kickback for a positive google review). if you take a detailed look at the work with a trained professional as I did after the fact, theyll tell you its its shoddy at best, and well below standard.

Look elsewhere for your roofing needs, and dont fall into the same trap like I did.

the job they did but the crew were rush. expect extra on spot. if not argue.
they broke my home sign. plus the quotation was given to me by andrew , but the bill he sent was wrong , he admit , but said its not in my hand and he said he know the company will not pay back . they overcharge me $250 than then quotation on bill.
THEY SENT ME MAIL THAT WE WILL SEND YOU $50 CHEQUE . SO FAR THATS 3RD MONTH, I haven't seen the cheque . dont do Promises to client which are not doing . once i receive i will edit the review. overall no good.

We were referred to Alpha Roofing by a close friend. We made an appointment and met and spoke with Andrew about requirements, quality, pricing, and what to expect. Andrew was very professional and helpful, we had a great experience and are very happy with the completed roofing job! It was completed July 14th and no complaints at all! The crew was also super professional and actually early , they made sure to do a very good clean up, and the job was completed with perfection! Thank you Andrew for the quick response times and keeping us updated! Also thank you to the entire team!

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now, as I was so impressed by how smoothly and hassle-free the roof was completed on my property in Scarborough. Alan was the person I dealt with and he was amazing!!! I needed to replace a roof on my bungalow before putting it up for sale, and time was of the essence. Alan was honest, reliable and his crew did the job promptly, on time and well. Clean up was done efficiently with no damage to the property. The price was also the best from 3 other estimates I had, but more importantly the work was done better than the last company I hired less than 13 years earlier (a company who is very well known and has higher reviews on Home-stars than Alpha but my roof had fallen apart). So if youre in east Toronto/Scarborough and need a new roof, ask for Alan. He promptly returns phone calls and follows up with whether you are satisfied with the work. You wont be disappointed! I would hire this company again. :)

We hired this company in October 2019 to replace our roof after reading several good reviews of their work. However, the team who were sent out did a very rushed job but when we pointed that out to the team leader at the time we were brushed off.
One year later (2020) we noticed a small damp patch but since our aluminum work needed to be replaced, we thought that was the problem. In 2021 we replaced the aluminum. When the other company (who are also roofers) was replacing the aluminum, they pointed out the problem with the roof - new step flashing had been put outside the side flashing (see photos). During heavy rain, instead of the water being led away from the side flashing (wall) , it was forced to run along the side flashing and leak into the house. The nailing of the shingles near the step flashing was also done at the wrong place. We didnt do anything immediately, thinking that with a 2 year old roof and new aluminum we would have no more problems.
In May 2022, when we ripped out our old floor to install a new floor, we noticed a huge damp patch on the plywood. The flooring company (who are also builders) pointed out the same problem with the roof.
Alphas solution to the problem was to send out a team who refused to look at the real problem and wanted to patch the roof up with caulking. We refused their 'solution' since they were not prepared to deal with the real problems. Despite many requests to talk to the boss, we have never been able to talk to anyone except the head of the warranty department (Jocelyn) who can make no decisions and just says she has to follow protocol and will pass everything along to her supervisor. When we insisted on finding a permanent solution (which Jocelyn said they also wanted!) she stopped taking our phone calls. Voice messages and texts were not replied to and the only way we could talk to her again was by using a telephone number that she didnt recognize. She repeatedly refused to listen to what we had to say and has now tried to switch the blame to the other company. We have tested the roof ourselves with a hose and it is obvious that the problem is not with the aluminum but with the mistakes made when our roof was being replaced. Jocelyn has constantly evaded the companys responsibility and tells us not to look back to 2019 as we are now in 2022.
This is a company whose warranty only includes caulking to cover up their mistakes. They are not to be trusted.

This company was so easy to work with from the start to the end.
They provided a reasonable quote.
Their rep, Joycelyn was very friendly, approachable and helpful.

They came right on schedule and finished the job in less than 5 hours, they completely cleaned up after themselves as if they had never been here.

I had a very good experience with them.
