the audit person that came to inspect our house is an amazing person. Very knowledgeable and professional helpful and kind. Very courteous and was great in providing information in what to expect in regards to the rebate an insulation process and if we had any questions to contact him for anything at our disposal. We made a friend and even our dog liked him too!

I have approached this Home Auditor's Group for my home Energy Audit and have been waiting for Final Audit Report since 2 months. First they send report with wrong home address on it. Then they corrected but was not even evaluated for Government Energy Grant for which I did Energy Audit. Whenever I called, they say it will be done "relatively soon" or Auditor's are looking into it etc. and never give a proper answer. They are telling they have relative large volume of Auditing whenever I enquired the status Audit completion.
Guys, please stay away from this team if you are looking for Energy Auditing on time.

The service provider called called and set an appointment time, then confirmed it with an email, and called the day before to reconfirm. Workers showed up on time, and were polite and professional. They worked efficiently and completed the work in a timely fashion. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional and courteous. This has been the best renovation experience we have ever had.
