The individuals that came to my home were all very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I am very happy with the work done.

after final audit,when there is time of file submission,they are not answer my phone and keep delaying.

After multiple calls back and forth, emails, etc. I finally was able to book an appointment for my final energy audit. Incredibly frustrating! You need to invest in more operators or better still an online appointment booking system.

On the positive side Joseph the auditor was great. Friendly and very professional.

Joe Hellenbrand was out this week, and I'd use his services again in a heartbeat. Joe has helped my wife and I to identify where we can make our house more energy efficient, and he's assisted with the Enbridge and Greener Homes rebates from start to finish.

The people at The Home Inspectors Group were very helpful in ensuring I understood the government rebates available and the process that was required. They were able to schedule my pre and post audits quickly so that I could schedule my heat pumps installation asap. The advisor came to my home to do Pre and Post assessment. We did as he suggested. After he finished post assessment, he said "everything is fine". But I didn't get the refund from the government for the Air Ceiling improvement. Very disappointment. Not satisfied with the service.

I would recommend this company for anyone looking to complete an energy audit for the Greener Homes Grant. The inspection itself did not take long and was very thorough. Terry was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the process and potential renovations.

Excellent company to deal with. Full marks for Customer Service-all around. Thorough, tidy, personable. Joe was particularly great. Appointments were in a timely manner, follow up the same. I would highly recommend this company.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE WINTERPROOFING PROGRAM FOR MY ATTC, THE INSPECTOR COME TO CHECK, HE DIDN'T GO UP THE ATTC.
