After a month of terrible bites and reactions, my mother was told it could be bed bugs. She was beside herself. After searching online, I saw these reviews and called Muhammed. He came that day, confirmed it was bed bugs, calmed my mother down and set a time for the following day for treatment. He came back the next day and spent the entire day treating her apartment, which had a pretty bad infestation. He was extremely thorough, patient and though expensive, worth every penny. Not only is he an expert but he understands the emotional pain such a situation brings and was so reassuring and knowledgeable that a horrible situation turned into a positive one. When my mother still had reactions, he came right away to check for the bugs, set traps to show my mother that the problem was solved and calmed her down again. He came to my place to check as well and I was very impressed by his level of thoroughness and professionalism. Hi, I am writing this review to share my experience with others so they may benefit. My toddler son had a mysterious skin rash that many trips to the pediatrician could not resolve. Finally, a dermatologist suspected some kind of bug bite. But no one else in the house had symptoms. We saw a few carpet beetles and we thought maybe he was allergic so we called a company to treat that issue. I was not satisfied with what this company offered so I went online and found pest solutions. Muhammad was very specific with his questions from our first telephone conversation with him. When he came he spent a lot of time inspecting my son's room and the entire house. He said no need to treat carpet beetles to just vacuum (we were going to pay $250 to the other company for this). Then he said, he suspects bed bugs. He was very thorough with his inspection. Just as he was about to leave (he was not going to charge inspection) he saw a tiny dot on the mattress in my son's room. He said this is a sign of bed bugs. Then, he gave me the option to wait and see, or to treat for bed bugs. We chose to treat. He spent one whole day treating my son's room and gave us traps for the rest of the rooms. He also returned a week or so later to inspect. Muhammad was extremely professional, discreet, and kind. This was a very stressful situation for us, and he helped us resolved it. In addition, he really spent time educating me on how to prevent bed bugs since it is a big problem in the GTA. I cannot praise Muhammad more for his excellent service! The reviews are genuine, he really is the best at this!

We were unfortunate to have the experience of dealing with Bed Bugs. We believe we got these pests from our kid’s daycare. Also the problem got complicated as originally we were not aware of what bed bugs really were and what the infestation meant. So we tried to deal with the situation ourselves but to no avail. Then we hired a reputable company in Toronto. They very strongly recommended the heat procedure promising everything under the sky with the sweet talk of our troubles being over now that they are here. They came did the heat process and within 24 hours we saw the first adult BB. So we captured any put it in the zip lock bag and called the company. These guys mentioned that the person who is going to come and have a look at our issue is on vacation and will be back in 2 weeks. However they reminded us to make sure we have the proof. At this point they also mentioned that even with the proof they are not going to perform another heat treatment but this time it will be chemical treatment. So over the course of the next 2 week we caught 5 BB. At that point we got so frustrated that we decided to get another opinion. So by chance we got hold of Muhammed and he came to look at our problem within 2 hours of our call. He looked at our problem in detail. During this first visit Muhammed spent more than an hour going through our house, understanding the issue and providing some tips. So during this time we decided to hire his services as he seemed very knowledgeable and experienced with the BB infestation controls. Muhammed is expensive no doubt but he spent 4 days in our house going through each and every article, books, tables, chairs, bed frames, drawers, dresser to make sure he got rid of the issue. He also made sure to steam and clean the hardwood area as well as vacuum all the carpets to make sure he got all the eggs as well. This was about 3 months ago and since then we have not seen any issue. There were couple of scares where we got some bugs put them in the zip lock bags and showed them to Muhammed but they turned out to be false alarms. Muhammed was very helpful during the whole process as well as afterwards. He has tried to build our confidence at each and every step of the way and we appreciate all the help that he has provided during this ordeal.

I also appreciated that he didn't automatically suggest treating the whole condo; after a thorough inspection he felt confident that it wasn't necessary to treat any other rooms, so didn't make me spend extra money. He is conscientious about following up and guarantees his work. He is the only company I contacted but I chose him based on all the glowing homestars reviews and honestly, he is everything that the reviews promised he would be. I'm finally sleeping well again!

I had been getting random bites for a few months and we put it down to stress but late on Thursday evening we found a dreaded bed bug... I really appreciated the customer service, I called on a Friday evening and had my inspection booked for Sunday where as the other company that was reccommended by my building had not even called until Monday. I'm so glad I went with PSS becuse I feel like I did it right the first time. Muhammed was so thorough and I'm certain is quite a perfectionist which is thoroughly appreciated in this situation.
