We thought we had a bed bug problem and after about 6 months of self-treatment, one inspection (not reassuring or helpful), and months of sleepless nights and an incredible amount of stress we found Pest Solution. I was at my wit's end with mysterious 'bites' on my body.

We still take precautions and have encasements on all our mattresses, pillows and traps under the bed legs as well as vacuuming regularly with a Miele (seriously, the best product I have ever owned). We have a bed bugs infestation in one bedroom and it spread to other rooms. it was only with Mohammad's help that we can safely terminate the problem. It's expensive. But it's done. Muhammad is only a one man team. So be ready to chip in and help yourself (such as moving furniture and packing the stuffs). My Aunt is elderly and has some cognitive impairment. She had a severe case of bed bugs and after heat treatment from another company they came back with a vengeance. A week ago we found a small insect that resembled a bed bug on the bed, so we called muhammad to come and see if he could find any other traces. He came on time and was quick to diagnose the problem. We were lucky that we only had one male bed bug. Since there were no more signs of any eggs or insects anywhere else he gave us the all clear. He sold us bed bug proof mattress covers as a precaution. So far, we have had no more bite problems!
