This gentleman is the so kind and patient in educating me in terms of dealing with bed bugs, I had a one bed bug incident and got so paranoid. This guy came in and checked every single corner, unlike other companies that just want to sell you the final killing solution, this guy was so honest to us , it was just a one time incident . When I found a bug in my bed my life felt like it was blowing up. I was washing things over and over. Washing things with bleach, checking the bed, couldn't sleep, I was going mentally insane.
