Muhammad was incredible! Full stop. One of our roommates had been reacting to some sort of bite and we had Muhammad come in to check and see if there were bed bugs. He came in as soon as he could and checked all our beds, couches, chairs, and pretty much any furniture item with fabric. He inspected each item so thoroughly (with meticulous detail) with his gear and found the mother bed bug on our couch. He told us that the situation was not good, but that we would not need to leave our house or burn any furniture (which we had jumped to thinking we might have to do as people with very little bed bug knowledge). We were very lucky that there were no bugs on our beds and he said we wouldn't need to throw anything out or leave the house. He was very patient and reassured that bed bugs are normal, that we were not to blame, and that the situation was going to be okay. We had been very disturbed by the bed bugs and felt very uncomfortable for a while, but Muhammad answered all our questions, was available to talk if we needed it, and calmed our nerves with education on bed bugs and providing us with steps to clean our house and a list of preventative steps to avoid this problem in the future. After he had spent an entire day working on the extermination process he cleaned our beds, our couches, and our carpet so well--they were basically new! He showed us and explained the preventative measures he placed on our beds and couches so wed feel safe going forward. He also came back 10-ish days later to check to make sure the bugs were definitely gone and they were! He said hed be willing to come back and check again, but we felt that wasnt necessary. Overall, we could not recommend Muhammads services enough. He was kind, gentle, patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Most of all, the bugs are gone! Yay!

I am extremely happy with Muhammad and his work. The first time when he came to assess the situation he was thorough and then the job took some time but it has been 3 weeks and no sign of the buggers. He even came back to reassess the situation and to assure me that they were no longer an issue. I am thankful for his service.

I discovered Bugs in my bed on a Wednesday night. Thursday morning I called Pest Solution Services. They came to my house that evening. Inspected the house. Assessed the extent of our problem and discussed treatment cost and scheduling. The following Sunday the treatment was carried out (approximately six hours). After two weeks had passed, Pest Solution Services performed a follow up inspection which indicated the bugs were gone. We were greatly relieved.

I had had a flea infestation. I had 2 companies come in over 4 months Though the infestation seemed to be gone I was getting what I thought continuing bites over my arms and legs. It was crazy making and not allowing me to get my house back in order. Mohammed came and was so completly thorough in his inspection that he involved me in ,that there was no question that my house was now bug free. But he didn't leave it at that. He kept telling me stories if similar dituations where what was thought of was bites was a skin reaction. We finally came to the conclusion that it was my skin reacting to the chlorine as I swim often. If he hadn't come I would still be thinking it was fleas . A God send for sure.

As a landlord one of the most anxiety provoking calls you can receive is for a suspected BedBug problem. This is no longer the case for me, because Muhammad is so thorough and does such an incredible job eliminating the problem.
