We were having bites for a few weeks and when I called another pest control service they didnt find anything. So we dismissed that there might be bugs until the issue continued. Most people hire plumbers or drain experts to deal with their drain flies. However, we had a somewhat unique situation. Our drain flies were not in our drains. It took a lot of sleuthing for us to figure out they were in the soil under our basement. It turns out, we had leaky clay drain pipes that all ended up needing to be replaced, which meant digging up our concrete floors. Firstly, trenches were dug to replace the drains (three months ago), but the drain flies were still very much in abundance. We started counting how many we killed per day, and that number averaged at about 120. The leaking drains had made our soil wet and, combined with organic matter from tree roots that stretched under our house, we had the perfect breeding ground for drain flies.

I am so grateful we knew Muhammad. He was always responsive (always responded by the end of the day) and we actually joked that we had Muhammad on "speed dial" (for those that remember that feature). Because I am not confident any other company who advertises that they treat drain flies would have known what to do given our unique situation. If you Google "drain flies" the only information that comes up is how to treat them within drains - no one ever talks about eradicating them from soil.

Long story short, but with Muhammad's skilled and knowledge-based help (he also periodically consulted with other entomologists), we are now one month free of drain flies and are in the process of putting our basement back together. Thank you Muhammad.

We had bed bugs, we called this company to come and they came the same day. They are very helpful and have great time management when it comes to replying to messages and when arriving. What was nice was that we didnt have to move a long of things, rather he just sprayed the area and that was it. He knew where the bugs were specifically and showed us. We didnt have to wash our entire clothes which was nice since most companies you suggest you to do it. Close which was nice but the most companies make you wash basically the whole furniture/house. Also, we didnt have to leave house during the process.

I had suffered insect bites and two doctors stated they did not believe that they were bed bug bites. My apartment insect control service inspected our unit and claimed that there were no bed bugs. After the pest control company that the apartment retains conducted their treatment for bed bugs in our unit, we immediately had bites again. So finally someone did find a reason for the bites that we suffered. He recommended that we dispose of the whole of the bed frame which was made of man-made pressed board. We asked him to go ahead with the treatment and on the day of the treatment he did find an actual bed bug in the bed frame. He has completed the treatment and he was extremely thorough in his work, disposing of the pieces of the bed properly. He left my bedroom looking very neat and tidy and he has followed-up to check that everything is satisfactory. Plus, he is very knowledgeable and was the only one to say that the bites he witnessed on my body were what he thought they were, bed bug bites. He conducted the inspection and treatment in a timely manner and I would not hesitate to recommend him for bed bug treatments.
