We called Muhammad on a Saturday afternoon a month ago as I had killed a bed bug in our apartment. He came over the same day and did a VERY detailed bed bug inspection (I work in social housing and deal with pest control all the time -- and I had never seen any pest inspector take this much time and pay so much attention to every possible hiding location). Muhammad is a very knowledgeable professional and a lovely gentleman, he explained everything thoroughly and answered our questions. He told us that we dodged a bullet and based on his findings I had likely carried home a single male bed bug that hung around our bedroom for several weeks. Following his advice we got rid of our roll-out drawers underneath the bed and replaced them with plastic containers, put interceptors underneath bed and couch, encased our mattress, and improved our work-to-home routine. He was 100% right - we haven't seen a single bedbug since his visit - i check every week. 100% worth the price we paid for this service and I would recommend him to everyone.
