My worst fears were realized - we had an infestation - but Mohammed presented a thorough and logical plan. As a trained entomologist, he is extremely knowledgeable and understands the importance of follow-up appointments. Any time I panicked and suspected something was amiss, Mohammed answered my texts, even late at night (when I was most paranoid). He is very educated and responsive, calming all of my fears. I cannot say enough good things about Mohammed and this service.
