I was a total wreck when I discovered I had BB. Muhammed came the same day I contacted him, he had to fit it in late at night. He came twice to assess the situation and helped immediately to dispose of the offending mattress.
He has continued to answer all my questions, long after, he was at my place. I have called several times during the past 16 months and he has always returned my calls, definitely help ease my paranoia.
