That was followed by a thorough cleaning at my place (he spent over 10 hours there). There was a follow-up visit with advice on how to prevent in the future.
Muhammad also helped mentally reassure myself and my girlfriend that the problem was dealt with, including doing an inspection of my girlfriend's place free of charge - this was a great example that he cares about the customer and end result.
