As anyone who has experienced bed bugs knows (and even those who haven't), it is stressful, frustrating, and anxiety-inducing. Given how negative an experience this is, having an exterminator like Muhammad is an absolute blessing. I found him to be professional, kind, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Instead of suggesting that we take more dramatic steps towards addressing my problem (which would have been more profitable for him) he resorted to a less expensive form of treatment which addressed my infestation successfully. He was very helpful throughout the process, answering all of my questions in a manner that made me confident that I had made the right choice in hiring him. I would without a doubt recommend his services to anyone facing a bed bug infestation.
