Elements Roofing

I thought Ryan"s crew did a reasonable job but became obvious that they do not know how to deal with turrets. Long story short, it leaked leaving wall repair and minor ceiling damage. I've chased Ryan for 2 years. He finally came back to repair the roof and promised to pay for the damage his questionable workmanship caused. Now I'm chasing him again for the money he promised to pay for the damages. He doesn't respond to texts or calls. Never shows up on time. Stay clear of Ryan. I'd be surprised if he even acknowledges this post.

Totally bad experience they guys left in the middle of the job he’s not answering the call I txt him many times and no respond just because I pay most of the cost and now the job is not completed

He took my money and never finish his job. If you want to lose your money, deal with him. I only ask to finish my job and half way took 90% of the money and never answer his call anymore!

Stay away from Ryan, he is not reliable and hard to deal with. My roof was installed March 26,2018 but the flashing is still to be installed. Today is March 25,2019. All effects to reach him have failed.

Stay away from Ryan, the owner. He is not realiable, unprofessional and not responsible. The roof was installed at my house March 26,2018, the flashing which used was the wrong flashing which Ryan agreed to replace same. Since March 26th I was talking to Ryan weekly then the last 8 weeks I have been unable to to reach Ryan by phone with a voice message on his phone saying "the customer you are calling is unavailable at the moment please try again later".

Replacement roof done in 2012. 25 year roof tile warranty and 10 year labor warranty. After 6 years some shingles blow off in a wind storm. Contacted Ryan for repair , he promised many many times to come and repair it but after 7 weeks of broken promises and only after the rain came through our bathroom ceiling, we had no alternative but to contact another company and our lawyer. Roof repaired by another company. Took 1 1/2 boxes of shingles and less than 1 hour to do. Was it really worth it to your reputation. The customer service from elements roofing is non existent. All this could have been sorted so quickly and easily

Needed a new roof so I called 4-5 roofers to do some research. We had prices range from $5000 to $23,000 for the same job! When I met with Ryan of Elements, I had already met with other roofers so I was able to ask him specific questions. Ryan confirmed that he was doing all the same work with the same materials. He was just doing it much cheaper and was able to clearly explain why he was able to do it cheaper. In the end we were very happy with the job they did. I have a neighbor and some friends that will need new roofs in the spring and I have recommended Elements to them. Regardless, if you need roof work, you should meet with multiple roofers and get educated. Some just simply charge way too much and count on people accepting the first quote they see.

Ryan of Elements Roofing is very down to earth and a people person, my wife and I were very impressed. He took the time to explain every detail to us. Shared all the different roofing options available to us and offered to supply locations we could go and see roof colours. Ryan was very competitively priced and if you were wonder ( as we were) he is a family business with low overhead. Ryan does most of the work himself vs leaving it to others. We are very happy and will recommend to others. Will update later after winter, but I am sure all we be good. Thanks for making us the envy of the neighbourhood.

Ryan and his team replaced my shingle roof and performed task all in one day. The house I have has a large pitch due to the style and cathedral ceilings. He was very professional and didn't want a deposit or payment until I was completely satisfied. He repaired some minor wood at no charge and did an excellent job all around. He is great guy and his team was very good. Great Canadian company and not deserving of bad reviews in my opinion. I would recommend his company and workmanship as they performed what we agreed too and did all work in one day.
He also replaced flashing that was slightly damaged during the process at no charge. So any issues I had he repaired and fixed and kept his commitments.
