I contacted Richard based on reviews to build a window bench with flanking bookcases. I described the project to him on the phone and he was very friendly and upfront about his process and the timing in which the project could be completed. He then provided an estimate based on my rough dimensions and inspiration photos. When he came for the site visit, the detailed quote was in keeping with what was discussed and was reasonable. He was very easy to work with throughout. There was some back and fourth regarding small detail changes to the design, and he was very easy going about this, and offered his expert opinions as well.
He installed the unit in one day and exactly on schedule! He was very respectful of our home and left my place tidy. The end result was better than imagined and has completely transformed an unused den into a cozy spot for my kids to play and read. I can't wait to share photos once I receive the bench cushion.
I am already thinking about future projects with Richard! Thank you again :)
