Our undermount sink separated from our granite counter over the weekend. We have never used AB Granito before this however they were recommended by both Home Stars and BBB. I called and received a quick initial response and after providing more information received a call the same day which said they could be there that same day if I was home.
It is so amazing they were able to come the same day... and the guys that came did a thorough job reinstalling our sink and stayed as late as they needed to in order to finish the job properly .... especially since the reinstall of the sink wasn’t as simple as they initially thought. In the process they were very informative as to what the regular procedure is to install an undermount sink and where our prior install (by someone else) could have been improved, gave us recommendations for the future, and explained what they needed to do and why based our specific configuration.
I really appreciate AB Granito's quick response, informative process, and work ethic to stay until the job was complete!!
I will definitely use AB Granito in future if I again need work done!!
