New construction heating hot water and air exchanger

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Simcoe County

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in this category. The builder asked the company to come to our home and review deficiencies. the tech and general manger came to our home and exhibited a horrible attitude to our comments about their installation. They installed a vent in a bedroom that had NO vent and put a 6 inch pipe and a 5 inch vent so the
air was all going into the bulkhead.
I phone the company regarding warranty on the equipment they installed and no one returned our call.
We have incorrect installation of two heating vents in our bathroom and the builder ask them to return to correct this problem and no one has responded.
I the owner sent a email regarding these problems and have had no response from the company.
I as a home owner totally advise NOT getting this company to do any of your heating or airconditioning work
